To start production on your order, we require a 50% deposit as a down payment. After the work is completed we will send you detailed pictures of your order by e-mail for approval etc. If everything is fine and upon your agreement we will built a wood and plywood packing crate and deliver to the shipping company.
In most cases customer orders in the lower 48 United States will be shipped directly to our warehouse in Arkansas. From there items will be delivered to the doorstep by trucking company. For other customers, items are shipped directly by from Bali crate to the nearest cargo distribution center for pickup by the customer or delivery to the doorstep by arrangement with the freight forwarder.
The remaining 50% balance on your order is due prior to the items leaving our Arkansas warehouse for inland delivery. For other customers, the balance is paid after they receive confirmation of the shipping from the cargo company.
The payment methods that we accept are Paypal, bank transfer and money order/cashiers check. For payment thru paypal.com our registered e-mail address is infodoorsdirect2you.com.
Non US customers can make payment directly to Bali by bank wire.
